Shopping with Cash on Delivery is simple:

  • Place your order on the FUJIVO website.
  • Select Cash on Delivery during checkout.
  • Our team will confirm your order.
  • Your package will be carefully packed and shipped.
  • Pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered.

Order Confirmation

To ensure a smooth delivery process, our customer support team may contact you to verify your order before shipment. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to courier operations.

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 Working Days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 Working Days

Important Notes

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Kindly prepare the exact payment amount whenever possible.
  • Please inspect the package externally before accepting delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, contact our customer support immediately.
  • Repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
